To verify a PGP message, you will need to use a PGP program to decrypt the message. The program will then compare the signature of the message to the signature of the sender. If the signatures match, the message is verified. If they do not match, the message is not verified.

You would be using a computer. The computer would have the PGP program already downloaded on it. You should issue a keypair, so you have a public and private key. So now, you go on youtube or google and search “how do I learn PGP” and learn. Then come back with questions for help. You’ll get it. If you can copy and paste, it is mostly doing that.
