ETH withdrawals will be enabled for the first time it seems. Those that staked 32 ETH and want to rebalance their position could possibly consider selling some. The rest will surely go into LSD in my opinion.

The upgrade is set to include several key improvements to the Ethereum network, including an increase in the maximum gas limit per block, which could make certain types of transactions more efficient and cost-effective.

Yeah I think so, this upgrade is meant to improve ETH network quite a bit which should make things more effective.

I think a lot of validators had no idea that their ETH was locked when they staked. The unlock will probably be turbulent and looking at the stats most LSD protocols are already growing in size. Aura and Rocket Pool are seeing a lot of growth in recent days especially.
