The first Cisco cert is related to an opt-in OpenDNS HTTPS blocking service which essentially MITMs your connection. I can only see this happening if your device, your router, or your ISP uses OpenDNS for DNS.

OpenDNS has a block category called Proxy/Anonymizer which will block [torproject.org](https://torproject.org) and other common proxy/vpn service websites if enabled.

Never heard of airvpn before this, but reading through their website they actually look like a decent provider, which is strange to me why I’ve never heard of them.
