passphrase

A sentence taken from a popular book can easily be cracked, but what about a sentence that only makes sense to you ? Something like “We_Are_9000 has gone insane from meth abuse.”. Would such a passphrase be easier to crack than a completely random string of (common) characters the same lenght ?
