I recently posted a question asking for help downloading Tails. I was able to get it working, but when I tried to use Tor and search, it said I was on the clear net. I’m not sure if this is normal or if I need to do something extra. I’m now thinking that I may have installed it incorrectly, even though everything else appears to be functioning properly. I plan to try reinstalling it later today.

are you on an .onion site? i got a similar message and changed the settings to “prefer onion sites” or smthn like that
