Nope. Tor always been slow as shit. Reminds me of dial-up.
Tor is inherently slow. The encryption and decryption adds time, the extra nodes (usually 3, plus you and the website) add time. The fact tor websites are often short on funding adds time. If you can load a page in less than 20-30 seconds that’s considered normal.
